Use your real name (or the name you're commonly known by), authentic photos, and only offer skills you can genuinely provide.
Treat every member with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior won't be tolerated.
Honor your commitments. Communicate delays. Complete what you agreed to, then confirm the trade in the app.
Report suspicious behavior, scams, or safety concerns. Every report is reviewed by a real member of our moderation team.
Of any kind, including based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, or background.
VouchU is not a dating app.
Fake skills, stolen portfolios, AI-generated photos passed off as real.
Pretending to be another person or organization is prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate Trust Scores or Vouches.
Persistent contact after someone has declined or disconnected is not allowed.
Using VouchU primarily to sell services instead of exchanging skills is not permitted. Any costs or compensation should be clearly discussed and agreed upon before a trade begins.
Medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional services without any required licenses, or anything that could harm someone.
Unsolicited bulk messages and automated interactions degrade trust.
Vouches must reflect a real trade.
Someone's address, phone, photos, or other personal information.
VouchU does not supervise or participate in meetings between members. Every user is responsible for deciding whether a trade is appropriate.
Depending on the severity of a violation, VouchU may:
Serious violations—including fraud, impersonation, threats, exploitation, or illegal activity—may result in immediate account termination.
Tap the report icon on any profile or in any chat. Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed by a member of our moderation team, and you can block someone at the same time.
Blocking or disconnecting ends the chat and prevents further direct contact through VouchU. Blocking does not erase messages or information the other person may already have seen or saved.
While VouchU uses verification tools, moderation, and reporting systems to help promote trust, verification does not guarantee a member's identity, qualifications, honesty, or behavior.

If a member violates our community standards, users can report the account directly within the app. VouchU reserves the right to investigate reports and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate our policies.
VouchU provides technology that helps members discover one another and arrange skill exchanges. We do not employ, supervise, certify, insure, endorse, or guarantee any member, trade, service, communication, or outcome. Every trade is an independent agreement between participating members.
